Here's how the guarantee works:

Design Services, Website Design -

Creative products and services require a basic trust between the designer & the client. That trust is usually based on confidence inspired by a portfolio of work, or a referral from a trusted source. The initial consultation is free and, once I've got the go-ahead for your project, there is a non-refundable deposit (usually 50%). I will work hard to make sure your design looks exactly the way you want it. If for any reason you aren't satisfied (this hasn't ever happened), you don't pay the remainder.

Commissioned Artwork, Home Portraits - If you don't love your finished artwork, you don't pay for it. I will simply keep it for my portfolio (this hasn't ever happened). *There may be a non-refundable deposit for materials.

Vinyl Graphics & Lettering - I use only the highest quality, premium vinyl, which is warranteed by the manufacturer. Due to circumstances beyond my control (exposure to pressure washing, extreme weather, etc.) I can't guarantee the installation. However, if the vinyl should fail under normal circumstances, I will replace it at no extra charge.
