I was born in Kansas City, MO in 1962 but I've been living in MN since I was 2. Coincidentally, that's when I started drawing. I'm self-taught, no degree, no formal training. I discovered I loved designing on the computer around 1997.

I prefer drawing over painting because it's not so messy, and it's easy to pick up or put down on a moment's notice. Computer design is like that too.

I've been living in St. Cloud since 1980. Mostly I've worked at home with my husband (rjsigns.net). Over the years I've also been a waitress, sales associate, administrative assistant, teacher, graphic designer and marketing consultant. My kids are all grown-up. Random info: I particularly like pizza, vegetables, horror movies, the Discovery Channel, Nintendo, books, the internet. My grandma (who used to ride a motorcycle) is still alive, my house is kind of messy sometimes, & I like people with a wacky sense of humor.
